How do I delete my account?
Open the Profile tab, tap the gear to open Settings, and choose Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm. That permanently erases your sign-in and personal data: profile, swipes, saves, reads, preferences, reactions, reports, and blocks. Comments you wrote stay on the story as “Deleted user” so other people’s replies remain readable. If you can no longer sign in, email noah@sidelinesports.ai from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.
How do I report a comment or a person?
On a comment, tap the ··· button and choose Report. On a profile, tap Report. Pick a reason and add a note if it helps. Reports go to a private moderation queue that we review within 24 hours. Objectionable content is removed, and accounts that post it are removed.
How do I block someone?
Tap ··· on one of their comments and choose Block, or tap Block on their profile. Their comments, reactions, mentions, and notifications disappear for you. To undo it, go to Settings → Blocked accounts.
Where does the news come from?
Each card is a short summary of public sports reporting. The card names the publisher, credits the photo, and the back of the card links to the full story at the source.
Do I need an account?
No. You can swipe the deck as a guest, and your swipes stay on the device. Sign in with Apple, Google, or an email link to comment, react, and keep saves across devices.
