Community Guidelines
Last updated September 26, 2026.
Sideline has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. We remove that content and we eject people who post it. There is no warning ladder for hate, sexual exploitation, or threats.
Do not post
- Spam, scams, or the same comment over and over.
- Harassment, bullying, or threats.
- Hate, including slurs aimed at a person or a group.
- Sexual content, especially anything involving a minor. That is reported and removed.
- Someone else’s private information.
What you can do
- Report a comment from the comment menu. Pick a reason and add a note.
- Report a person from their profile.
- Block a person from a comment or from their profile. Their comments, reaction attribution, mentions, and notifications disappear for you.
- Unblock them from Settings → Blocked accounts.
What we do
Reports go to a private queue the app owner can read. A comment can be hidden, including within 24 hours of a report. Hidden comments leave the deck for everyone. Accounts that keep breaking these rules are deleted.
